I only remember seeing Clara Peller on television a couple of times as a child, but I loved her. I remember my toy box proudly had a “Where’s the Beef?” sticker on the side that I loved. Yes, I was a strange child.

And now this ad is running across the country.

I think Fred put it best: Clara Peller is rolling over in her grave.

Among other things – like the video I just posted – some of my latest projects have included:

• Updating my performance webpage, kallixti.net
• Premiering my tribute to Burlesque and Vaudeville, No Sleep ‘Til Minsky’s.
• Starting my own cuteblog! It’s called Head Explodey, and it will make your head explode into candy.
• Writing new screenplays
• Preparing to move to Los Angeles.

So that’s pretty much what my days are full of. And I figure now’s the perfect time to promote Head Explodey when we live in a world where people like Ann Coulter roam free.

I’ve been up to a lot lately. This is a tiny part of it.

Mike Gravel’s campaign released an enigmatic campaign video called “The Rock.” It lacked The People’s Eyebrow, but I digress. It had people talking – specifically about what the heck it could have meant.

Then it occurred to me, maybe the movie just required some context. And so, I present to you, the Salvador Dali/Louis Buñuel/Mike Gravel collaboration, “Un Gravel Andalou” (some violent content)

There are somewhere in the thousands of Mac and PC commercial parodies online. Some are quite funny. Not many are as well thought-out and professionally executed as this one.

Furia and Beau-J want to break down the Mac vs. PC debate. They’ve even written a little song about it. Which, naturally, is available on the iTunes music store. It’s the debut production from Pantless Knights Productions.
